Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between NLG Ecology Limited and Phenna Group

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of NLG by Phenna Group.

Established in 2008, NLG is an ecological consultancy, undertaking ecological surveys, technical report writing, and mitigation works on behalf of national infrastructure agencies which includes water supply, railways, and highways.

Headquartered in Nottingham, UK, Phenna Group's aim is to invest in and partner with selected niche, independent testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) companies that serve a variety of sectors, ensuring customers' peace of mind by delivering first class testing and assurance services.

This acquisition marks the company’s third acquisition in the ecological sector, joining Ecology Solutions and RammSanderson, to augment its UK market leading Infrastructure platform, with the latter incorporating the NLG experts into its growing team.

It also marks the fifth acquisition by Phenna Group conducted via Benchmark International, following GMES; Safety Services (UK); Trident Water Solutions; Facit Testing; and Ecology Solutions.
