Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Finders SA and Wicresoft North America Co. Ltd

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of recruitment & HR consultancy, Finders, by Wicresoft.
Finders, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, was founded in 1990 by Linda Jaquillard. The company specializes in executive searches for middle and top management. With offices in Lausanne and Geneva, Finders offers comprehensive, tailor-made, and client-based HR solutions for companies of all sizes.
Wicresoft, founded in 2002 as a joint venture with Microsoft, has grown into a leading advisory, solutions, and operations firm with a global presence and over 10,000 employees. The company brings end-to-end value to large enterprises and small businesses alike with proven expertise in IT services and solutions, managed telecom services, and talent acquisition services. It helps clients achieve greater success by advising leaders on big-picture thinking, providing necessary tools to fit strategy, and managing daily operations where needed.
To increase its presence in Europe and support Finders’ national and international growth, Wicresoft acquired 100% of the shares from founder and owner Linda Jaquillard, who will continue to lead the company as managing director for the next few years.
Linda Jaquillard commented on the transaction: “After more than 30 years of building my business, I wanted to hand over my company to a strategic investor who could continue our legacy and help us take Finders to the next level of business development.
