Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Fuelsoft Limited and Rose Street Partners Limited

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Birmingham-based Fuelsoft by London-based Rose Street.

With 38 years of fuel distribution experience, Fuelsoft is a provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and services to the fuel distribution and fuel payment card sectors. It administers 16.4 million litres of fuel every 24 hours and circulates 600,000 fuel cards worldwide.  

Rose Street is a long-term focused investor dedicated to preserving the legacies of the companies it acquires, holding businesses forever. The company invests in niche, market leading private companies in the UK and Ireland, with a focus on profitable businesses operating in stable or growing industries.
