Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Leeds, UK-based NimbusPoint and Toronto, Canada-based Capficiency.

NimbusPoint is a Salesforce partner delivering bespoke solutions across the full range of Salesforce products with significant expertise in the public sector, NGOs, manufacturing, telecommunications, media, and the financial services sector. With over 250 projects completed, NimbusPoint empowers organisations to streamline operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

Established in 2018, Capficiency is a private equity firm that partners with founders and management teams to fuel growth.

The acquisition of NimbusPoint enables Capficiency to expand its growing portfolio of investments in the IT industry. With NimbusPoint's expertise, Capficiency now provides a full-service offering in both enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies, incorporating solutions from Netsuite, Microsoft, and Salesforce.

This follows Capficiency's previous investments in Appficiency in 2018, KWIZ in 2022, and ProvisionPoint in 2023.
