Benchmark International is proud to have been honored with two new M&A Atlas Awards from the Global M&A Network:
- Industrial Services Deal of the Year as sell-side advisor for the sale of ARC Abatement to West Fork IP, an affiliate of Fernandez Holdings
- Consumer Services Deal of the Year as sell-side advisor for the sale of Classic Emporium, LLC, to Champion Xpress Car Wash
Among the world’s most prestigious, the M&A Atlas Awards recognize the achievements of successful dealmakers, outstanding firms, and the best growth-delivering transactions. In addition, they acknowledge the stellar achievements of top firms, deals, and dealmakers, who exemplify excellence in executing trades. The 5th Annual USA M&A Awards winners were honored at the privately hosted gala and dinner ceremony at the Mayflower Hotel.
Winning the independently governed awards equates to achieving the “Gold Standard of Performance” in the business, validating the firm and team leadership, as winners are selected based on deal criteria, experience, and expertise. The Global M&A Network is a diversified media company and the famous “Top Dealmakers” list's executive publisher.
