Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful sale of AMW Contracting, Inc. to Palm Rock Holdings, LLC.

AMW Contracting, Inc. is a 24-hour facilities management provider specializing in commercial building and roofing services. AMW was founded in 1999, originally operating as Armored Metal Works, Inc. It was involved in the construction of large self-storage complexes, pre-engineered metal buildings, and metal roof installations. In 2016, the Company changed its name to AMW Contracting, Inc. and has pivoted into providing building and roofing services to clients. AMW serves operators in the hospitality, facility management, industrial, warehousing, and commercial building industries in the Southeast United States.

Palm Rock Holdings, LLC, led by Griffin Rotman and Adnan Ahmad, is a holding company affiliated with EIR Capital, LLC. As former investment bankers, Rotman and Ahmad are focused on building a strategic roofing platform, with AMW marking their first acquisition. Their long-term vision includes expanding through multiple acquisitions in the coming years.
